Marco has been involved in numerous M&A operations in the Health, Property and Consumer Goods industries. He also follows advisory transactions for IPOs and more generally, in the capital market. He has consolidated experience in complex financial restructuring operations, including proceedings regulated by the bankruptcy law for managing  business crisis.

He previously worked at Euromobiliare Corporate Finance.

His practice areas are M&A, joint ventures, restructuring and financial advisory and he has expertise in the Real Estate, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Restructuring and ECM sectors.

Marco holds a Degree in Business Economics from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Milan.
