Lifenet Healthcare is a group founded at the beginning of 2018 as a new entrepreneurial reality in the Italian healthcare sector with a long-term horizon.

Lifenet Healthcare consists of a network of 10 healthcare structures present in Piedmont, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Lazio with more than 1500 collaborators. The network includes private hospitals accredited with the National Health Service, outpatient-surgical centres, eye clinics.

The acquisition of a stake in Cab Polidiagnostico is part of Lifenet Healthcare's strategy to grow through acquisitions, reorganization and organic growth.

CAB Polidiagnostico was founded thirty years ago from the experience in the field of laboratory medicine of the Godina family, who in 1976 opened the first Clinical Analysis Laboratory in Barzanò. In 2003 the idea to implement the activity also offering the possibility of carrying out specialist medical visits and instrumental tests became concrete. Yet with a view to improve and develop services and with the need to invest more in the field of prevention. Hence the establishment of a multidisciplinary clinic, Cab Polidiagnostico.

Today Cab Polidiagnostico is present in the Brianza area and thanks to the collaboration of over 300 specialists, it offers patients the possibility of being guided through a personalized, specialized and multidisciplinary prevention programme.
