Bogdan has over 7 years of experience in corporate finance, valuation, and structural funds. Before joining the BI Corporate Finance team. Bogdan worked for Deloitte, PWC, and other independent companies. Over this period, Bogdan has been involved in various projects including the Initial Public Offering process of one o the largest river shipping companies in Europe, valuation for a set of cross-border acquisitions in the field of energy, the drafting of an implementation proposal for a European Directive with impact on the tour-operators and capital raising advisory for Series A start-ups in Europe.

Bogdan holds a bachelor degree in Business Administrations from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, the Faculty of Business Administration (“FABIZ”).
