Capstone Partners (IMAP USA) advised 616 Global Clearspans (616GC) LLC—a leading provider of temporary and semi-permanent structures—on its acquisition by Willscot Mobile Mini Holdings Corp (NASDAQ: WSC). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Since 2012, the owner-operated 616GC has provided turnkey temporary and semi-permanent structures, HVAC, flooring, graphics, and more to a national and international client base. The structures are used in large-scale industrial warehousing, construction sites, retail and distribution spaces, and high-end event spaces. The 616GC team has decades of experience partnering with major international brands and has worked on some of the largest event projects in the United States. 

The acquisition further extends WillScot Mobile Mini’s comprehensive offering of temporary space solutions, adding capability to create more expansive space solutions for the combined company’s core markets and providing growth opportunities in new end markets.
