KG, a leading software company for the environmental/waste management industry and public administration, on the participation of growth investor LEA Partners. The two shareholders of S&F, Jens Duin and Daniel Völker remain as shareholders in the company. Together with LEA, S&F will accelerate its growth path and focus on further software innovations.

The solution portfolio comprises the software products EMOS, an automation and digitization solution for workflows in waste management, and KOMVOR, a processing & workflow system with over 15 specific environmental applications as an efficient and integrated overall solution for the management of environmental tasks in public administration.
