Habeo Group expanded its operations by acquiring the shares of KRS Group.

Based in Helsinki, KRS Group offers comprehensive renovation and HVAC technology services with more than 20 years of experience. The clientele mainly consists of housing companies, however, KRS Group also provides renovation services to housing developers and other properties across the Helsinki region. The group has a turnover of approximately 10 million euros and employs some 65 construction and HVAC professionals.

Carner Corporate Finance (IMAP Finland) advised Habeo Group on the acquisition of KRS Group. Carner continues its collaboration with Habeo Group, mapping out acquisition targets to further expand the group’s operations.
