Emme Enne Lavoro Srl, majority shareholder of Staff Group, Italian leader in the temporary employment sector, sold his entire stake to the other co-founder of Staff, Mr. Borghi, who gained the control over the Group.

Established in 2012 and headquartered in Porto Mantovano (MN), Staff S.p.A. is an Employment Agency engaged in the provision of employment services, search and selection, training, and human resources management, operating throughout the country through a network of 38 branches. With revenues of 200 million euros in 2021, Staff is one of the top 12 employment agencies in Italy in terms of size. In 2021, Staff was awarded by Il Sole 24 Ore as one of the 450 Italian companies with the highest growth in the last three years (2016-2019).
