By acquiring Skandiaverken Group, Zephyr becomes a global leader in dealing with marine and power engines and their original parts, and with services linked to those engine's reparation.

Zephyr is a company based in La Spezia (Italy), established in 1974 and focused on providing services to ships worldwide, both on board and ashore, in a 24/7 basis.

The Company is the current leader of the Italian market in this specific sector.

SKANDIAVERKEN GROUP (SKV) 

SKV is a Company based in Zamudio (Bizkaia) with subsidiaries in UK and Perú. The Company is specialized in dealing with original parts for 2 and 4 strokes’ marine engines, having more than 12.000 different products and selling more than 80% of its turnover

The Company total turnover was over 18 M€ in 2017 and employs circa 50 people in its premises in Pamplona, Madrid and Ulm (Germany).
