Tommy, who co-heads The Capital Corporation’s Technology Practice, has over 25 years of technology expertise. He has facilitated over 80 M&A transactions in the US, Europe and Asia.

Prior to joining The Capital Corporation, Tommy co-founded a boutique, technology investment bank called OnDemand Partners, where he focused on providing M&A advisory and business consulting services to lower-middle market technology companies.

Tommy offers experience leading a global M&A practice, having served as SVP of Corporate Business Development for Computer Associates (“CA”), where he oversaw all M&A, due diligence, JV’s and early stage investments for CA. He was a member of the Executive Management Team at CA and was tasked with various international operational responsibilities including strategy, professional services, and research and development.
