Rens earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Business Economics, followed by a Master's in International Financial Management, all from the University of Groningen. He started his internship at IMAP in September 2022 and officially joined the team in February 2023.

At IMAP, Rens works closely with various companies, adapting his approach to meet the specific needs of each one. He appreciates the down-to-earth culture, the short communication lines, and the team activities at IMAP. As a fully integrated team member, he quickly picks up new knowledge and applies it directly to each project.

Curiosity, a strong sense of responsibility, and an eye for detail are qualities that describe Rens well. He is eager to learn and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a project is completed to perfection. Additionally, his social nature and genuine involvement make him a valuable colleague within IMAP.
