Pedro Iriberry is a founding partner of IMAP, in Chile (South Andes Capital). Since 1993 he has participated actively in designing solutions involving financial and corporate structuring, advising mining companies, public utilities, and financial and telecommunications companies, among others. For several of these mandates Mr. Iriberry acted together with Dresdner Kleinwort, a European merchant bank.
Mr. Iriberry was a Finance Manager at Celulosa del Pacífico, a subsidiary of Compañía Manufacturera de Papeles y Cartones (CMPC), the largest integrated forest products company in Chile.
Mr. Iriberry is a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, with an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

2008: Financial advise to BHP Billiton in securing long term electric supply (430 MW) for 30 years.
2012: Financial advise to Sierra Gorda SCM in tender processes to contract electric supply and port services.
2015: Selection of international operator to develop a senior residence project through a long term lease contract.
