Paresh is a partner and Director with the firm since 2016. His work focus is on strategic and financial solutions for corporates in commodity and infrastructure sector. His transactional work in recent years includes strategizing & completion of several marquee transactions for cement & sugar industry and financing solutions & restructuring advisory to debt-ridden steel industry. Paresh also leads the service offerings to listed companies by virtue of his deep understanding of regulatory framework and compliances for the same.  

Formerly, Paresh was with Motilal Oswal for nine years (2007-16) where he contributed to establish the equity capital markets business and his transactional work included completion of over twenty market offerings and several open offers & valuation services to support acquisition of listed companies in India. Paresh started his career with Anand Rathi Financial Services in 2004 as a part of execution team in capital markets business.

Paresh is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce.
