Olivier De Vos is Managing Partner of Degroof Petercam Investment Banking (Belgium) where he leads the healthcare practice and the family owned companies advisory practice in the Walloon Region.  He joined Degroof Petercam in 1995 after working at Bank of Tokyo. Olivier has a broad experience in investment banking across various industries. He has advised clients on numerous mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions with a focus on the banking, insurance, IT, energy and biotechnology sectors. He has participated in a large part to the equity capital markets transactions of Degroof Petercam in the last 10 years, including the IPOs of Elia and Nyrstar, and a dozen of life sciences companies.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from the Solvay Business School (ULB).
