Graduated in Business Administration from the University of Granada (UGR). Master in Business Administration at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (URJC). He has taken several courses related to M&A, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, Company Valuation, Alternative Financing, Restructuring/Refinancing and financial modeling.?

He started his professional career in the M&A department of Grupo SCA (spin-off of Deloitte), participating in several projects in different sectors such as: Consumer, Retail, Agro and Industrial. Subsequently, he joined the Transactions Services department at RSM, carrying out financial due diligence and valuations. In 2022 he joined BDO in the Debt and Restructuring department.?

He has participated in work carried out for financial (PE, VC, growth and distressed debt funds) and industrial profiles. In 2023, he joined IMAP - Albia Capital as Manager.
