Bence joined Concorde MB Partners as an Intern in February 2020 before completing his studies. During his university years, he was a member of Rajk College for Advanced Studies. 

Bence graduated in Leadership and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2020 and completed the International Management Training at CEMS MIM.
