IMAP Netherlands advises HAAN Industrial Group on the acquisition of L&P
HAAN Industrial Group has acquired L&P from Geleen, including the nearly 60 employees currently working for the company. With this acquisition, HAAN Industrial Group grows to approximately 160 employees, thereby enhancing its expertise in automation and robotics, and strengthening its market position in the Euregio.
L&P provides comprehensive solutions for optimizing industrial production processes, from development and design to construction, installation, and service. Founded in 1997, the company has grown over the past 25 years into a renowned player with leading national and international clients. Following the expansion of the management team, L&P has quadrupled in size over the last ten years. Peter Lintsen and Ron Zigenhorn, the current owners of L&P, will remain with HAAN Industrial Group after the acquisition and will work together with Mart Braun, the statutory director of HAAN Industrial Group, to ensure a smooth transition. This acquisition marks the second for HAAN Industrial Group in less than a year, following the acquisition of Revisiebedrijf Zuyd in mid-September 2023.
