IMAP Sweden advises Midway Holding on its sale of Stans & Press Industriservice i Olofström AB to Teqnion AB

Stans & Press is a well-known company focused on subcontracting production. The Company works with large international customers, but also with smaller and regional players. Stans & Press works with qualified components in small and medium-sized series and has an effective production process and a modern machine park. The Company´s success story is a result of a high quality focus and a flexible delivery approach.

Stans & Press has operations in three different production sites – in Vilshult, Blomstermåla and Ronneby in the south of Sweden. During 2017 the Company net sales amounted to €11 million with a positive EBIT result of 500 TEURO.
