C.R.M. S.p.A. (Casa della Piada), with production sites in Modena and Ravenna, is the Italian leader in the production of ambient and chilled “piadine” and “tigelle” (respectively, large flatbread, and smaller and thicker flatbread), sold in the modern trade in Italy and abroad under private label and its own brands. In 2019, C.R.M. acquired 100% of Gastone S.r.l., a company based in Ravenna, involved in the production of piadine and tigelle, which thanks to its geographical location can also produce PGI products.
