IMAP advised the shareholders of anaflex GmbH Deutschland (“anaflex”), a Germany-wide staffing company specializing in nursing professionals, on their partnership with JR OP Personalservice GmbH (“JR Personalservice”).

JR Personalservice, based in Augsburg/Bavaria is a portfolio company of Qbabo GmbH ("Qbabo"). It also specializes in temporary nursing staff, particularly surgical personnel. Both companies will combine their strengths to offer clients an expanded range of services. Mike Schreier, founder and managing partner of anaflex, will continue as managing director for both companies.

JR Personalservice has numerous high-profile clients, and through anaflex, we will be able to expand our offerings in intensive and anesthesia care,” said Mike Schreier.
