IMAP is pleased to announce that Manymore has been acquired by its competitor Harvest to form a dominant French leader in the wealth management software market.
Manymore is the second largest software publisher in France for wealth advisory professionals including IFAs, private banks, front office networks of retail banks and insurers. Its software as a service solutions (SaaS) are cloud-based and used by approximately 1,000 clients. They cover account aggregation, client relationship management, client reporting, wealth advice, and simulations as well as online processing and extranet services for life insurance contracts. The Manymore team is 65 FTEs strong and generated €8 million of revenues in 2022. The company was owned by the two founders of its constituting companies.
Harvest is the French leading software publisher for wealth advisory professionals and a portfolio company of Private Equity firm Five Arrows Principal Investments. With around 460 FTEs at the time of the transaction, it is the market consolidator.
By combining forces, Harvest and Manymore enhance their capacity to invest and continuously upgrade their software solutions for their clients, that are themselves becoming larger through consolidation.
During the process, Manymore’s founders were approached by both strategic and financial candidates before deciding to move forward on the transaction with Harvest.
The Degroof Petercam – IMAP France team, led by Frédéric Hébrard, acted as sole financial advisor, running the process and advising Manymore’s founders on the various merits of all candidates, then negotiating the detailed terms with Harvest to obtain the favorable outcome sought by the founders.
