FootballCo Services has acquired Calcioinfinito. Calcioinfinito is a leading Italian company in the distribution of football news through the websites “calciomercato.com” and “ilbianconero.com”.

FootballCo Services is an english group backed by TPG Capital and present in 16 countries with over 300 people operating in the distribution of football news through the websites “goal.com”, “spox.com” e “voetbalzone.nl”.

The acquisition is aimed at strengthening FootballCo’s position in the Italian market.

Vitale (IMAP Italy) acted as sell advisor, assisting the shareholders of Calcioinfinito S.r.l. in the definition of the transaction’s structure and terms, in the management of due diligence activities and in the execution of negotiations with the counterparty.
