The technical consultant company Combitech has acquired the Norwegian Cyber Security company Watchcom. The acquisition further strengthens Combitech’s position as the leading Cyber Security provider in the Nordics.

"We see great demand for Cyber Security on the Nordic market, partly as a result of the digitalization, which place major and changing demands on security. Through this acquisition, we are now even better equipped to meet the market’s needs and contribute to a safer society”, says Pernilla Rönn, Head of Division Cyber Security at Combitech.

Watchcom is one of Norway’s leading knowledge companies within cyber and information security. Watchcom also arrange Paranoia, one of the Nordic regions’ largest Info Sec conferences, which attracts hundreds of attendees each year.
