IMAP has advised the shareholder of Tierklinik Düsseldorf, a clinic for small animals, birds, reptiles and exotics, on the acquisition by AniCura Deutschland. With this acquisition, Tierklinik Düsseldorf becomes part of the AniCura Group.
Founded in 1976, Tierklinik Düsseldorf focuses on small animal medicine. Its team comprises nationally and internationally trained veterinarians, supported by specialized staff, ensuring patient care of the highest quality.
The AniCura Group is a network of veterinary practices and clinics dedicated to pet care, with nearly 500 locations across Europe, including 78 in Germany. Since 2018, AniCura has been part of Mars Veterinary Health, a global group of veterinary practices and laboratories.
Following the acquisition, Tierklinik Düsseldorf is now positioned to offer optimal medical care to its patients while providing enhanced economic and social security for its employees.
