Brockhaus Capital Management AG ("BCM") acquires a majority stake in Karlsruher Palas GmbH Partikel- und Lasermeßtechnik ("Palas"), a provider of technologically leading high-precision devices for measuring, characterizing and generating particles in air, particularly in the field of fine dust and nanoparticles. With the support of BCM, Palas intends to expand its position in the worldwide growth market for air quality measurement and also to further expand internationally.
