Arezzo&Co, a listed Brazil-based footwear and accessories conglomerate, has announced the acquisition of a stake in Paris Texas, luxury footwear brand Made in Italy.

Paris Texas is a luxury footwear brand founded in Milan by Annamaria Brivio and Massimo Baltimora in 2015. As the name suggests, it deals in contrasts: Parisian elegance meets Texan toughness, sophisticated stilettos sit alongside chunky cowboy heels, mules and slouchy boots - all filtered through Annamaria’s creative leadership. 

Paris Texas encapsulates the ‘cool girl’ style and promotes Made-in-Italy craftsmanship. Over eight years, the brand has gathered a devoted following of celebrities and influencers. Paris Texas is carried by over 250 leading luxury retailers, including MyTheresa, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Forward, Shopbop, Elyse Walker, Galeries Lafayette, Harrods, Selfridges, Browns, Luisaviaroma, Level Shoes, Net-a-Porter, SSENSE.

The acquisition is part of Arezzo&Co strategy aimed at expanding its operations to Europe, a previously untapped market by focusing on leveraging its growth through multiple sales channels.

Paris Texas will continue to be run independently by its founders, while also relying on the support of Arezzo&Co global structure and strategy.
