Martin Moser manages cross-sector national and international buy and sell side M&A mandates especially in the healthcare sector. 

Martin has 15 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance and has acted as lead advisor on numerous transactions involving family-run companies, corporate groups and financial investors. Prior to joining IMAP, Martin was with Baird Global Investment Banking. Prior to that, he worked at DC Advisory for 12 years.

Martin is a graduate of the University of Regensburg and Vanderbilt University in Tennessee.
