Ludek has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and M&A advisory. He is responsible for identifying potential investors and targets, the preparation of project documentation, due diligence and virtual data room management. He also supports partners and senior managers during negotiations.

Ludek has a Master's Degree in Economic Policy and a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, both from Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic. Ludek has also participated in international exchange student programmes at the University of Applied Sciences in Kouvola in Finland and the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia.
