Judit joined Concorde MB Partner as an Organizational Development Manager in 2021. She has almost two decades long professional experience in the fields of change management, process improvement and organizational development. She has been working at international firms as well as Hungarian large and medium-sized companies.  Among others she worked for Shell International in  London, where she was responsible for Organizational Design and Change Management for countries in South-East Asia-Pacific as part of a global process standardization project and SAP implementation. Her last project was with Central European University, where she was responsible for change management of the move to Vienna.

She graduated as an economist (BSc) back in 2003. Recently she completed a MSc in Leadership and Management from Corvinus University of Budapest in 2020. Her thesis was: Organizational behavior study on the change in generations at Hungarian family-owned companies. She strongly believes in life-long learning. In September 2021 she started a postgraduate program at Corvinus University of Budapest in the field of Organization and Leadership Coaching.
