Jeremy is a Vice President in Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services practice. With a diversity of experience in corporate finance, operational management, and product development, Jeremy has provided companies and sponsors with a variety of transaction advisory support in M&A, buy and sell-side due diligence, valuation, merger integration, and capital raising, along with engagements leading and supporting interim-management functions for both growing and distressed businesses.

Jeremy joined Capstone from a corporate finance and business advisory firm where he consulted with middle-market companies on financial and operational improvements and M&A diligence.

Prior to his work in financial advisory, Jeremy was Director of Partnerships for a marketplace debt fund and financial technology company where he managed a portfolio of joint ventures with commercial banks across the United States. Jeremy began his career as an engineer where he led numerous product development and R&D projects in the manufacturing and consumer products sectors.
