H.E. Fahad is the advisor to the Council of Ministers Secretariat & the Chairperson of the Council of the Local Content & Private Sector Development. Recently he led the development of policy frameworks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is a regional thought leader and has delivered keynote speeches at several conferences. 

He holds a BSc. (Industrial Management) from King Faisal University in Saudi Arabia.
