Andrzej Sykulski is the Managing Partner at Trigon (IMAP Poland), where he manages the investment banking activities. He has served as an Advisor on the largest transactions on the Polish capital market, including the acquisition of Polkomtel by Spartan Capital Holdings. He has a wide breadth of Polish and international experience in both M&A transactions and corporate finance.

Previously, Andrzej was President of the Board and Managing Director of BNP Paribas Corporate Finance Polska and Co-Founder and Board Member of MC Concordia investment Bank. He also served as Vice-President of the Board of Twój STYL Publishers and Vice-President and CFO of PTC (Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa), the largest Polish mobile network operator (ERA GSM). He is also a Member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Andrzej graduated summa cum laude from the Warsaw School of Economics and completed post-graduate studies at the University of California and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
