IMAP Germany advises Wagner Holding on the acquisition of a minority stake in KTP Kunststoff Palettentechnik

In December 2016, Wagner Holding acquired a 25.01 percent stake in KTP Holding GmbH in the form of a capital increase. KTP will use the additional liquidity to implement the strategic growth plan of the companywhose main focus will be set on geographical expansion and innovative product development.

All existing shareholders will keep their shares in the company. Furthermore, there will not be any changes in the executive board nor in the operational management. By entering into this new partnership, KTP has strengthened its capital base and is well positioned to maintain high rates of growth.

KTP is a leading European manufacturer of reusable transport packaging solutions for large-volume and sensitive goods made of plastic, as well as plastic pallets and containers in all common European, US and sea container dimensions (for overseas shipping). Pursuing continuous innovation and creative research and development, the company meets the increasing customer requirements with regards to functionality, environmental efficiency, optimized handling and profitability. KTP, located in Bous, distributes its products worldwide. Employing approximately 200 staff, the company generated sales of more than EUR 40 million in 2015.
