IMAP Netherlands and 1602 Capital Partners combine leading M&A services and continue as IMAP Netherlands

The new entity IMAP Netherlands comprises of 40 M&A professionals, with offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Sittard. The firm advises clients throughout the Netherlands, with a specific focus on the region around Amsterdam and Rotterdam and core regions beyond, such as the eastern and southern part of The Netherlands. With a combined deal flow of more than 40 M&A deals in 2023, IMAP Netherlands is among the leading M&A advisory firms in the Netherlands. It also has a partnership with ICC Consultants, an experienced team of debt and treasury specialists, based in Utrecht. IMAP Netherlands is part of the international IMAP network, the longest-established M&A network in the world with strong representation in more than 50 countries.

With the arrival of 1602, Jean Luc Zeguers, Dennis van der Linde and Remco de Roij join the partnership of IMAP Netherlands, which further consists of Jan-Pieter Borst, Balthazar den Breems, Remco Schouten, Guillaume Petit and Casper Sikkema.
