IMAP Brazil advises TMF on acquisition of fund administration services firm Paraty Capital
Paraty has around $3 billion in assets under management (AUM). Following the acquisition of Paraty, TMF Group will now administer over €160 billion of assets on behalf of its fund manager clients, offering end-to-end fund administration solutions globally.
IMAP Brazil advised TMF Group, a leading provider of global administrative services, on the acquisition of Paraty Capital, a Brazilian fund administration platform which focuses on private equity, infrastructure, venture capital and private debt funds.
Paraty has around $3 billion in assets under management (AUM). Following the acquisition of Paraty, TMF Group will now administer over €160 billion of assets on behalf of its fund manager clients, offering end-to-end fund administration solutions globally. The acquisition fits in with TMF Group’s strategy for growing its global fund services business and strengthening its capabilities in Latin America.
