On November 2, 2021, the sale of 100% of Antra ID Kft.'s business share to Central European Automation Holding as was successfully completed.

Antra ID has been engaged in the design, trade, operation and service of automatic identification (Auto ID) systems since 1990. In the course of its system integrator activities, the Company makes its customers' logistics and production processes more efficient with self-developed solutions tailored to individual needs, which also meet the requirements of Industry 4.0. The Company's solutions and Auto ID systems are available to players in any industry, be it the automotive industry, pharmaceutical industry, retail and wholesale trade, FMCG, 3PL or electronics industry. The technologies offered by the Company include barcode technology, RFID solutions, automatic positioning, RF terminal systems, voice-controlled logistics systems, and automated guided vehicles (AGV / AMR).
