Kalman is one of the 2 Managing Partners of IMAP Hungary (Concorde MB Partners). He joined Concorde Corporate Finance in 1996 and became Managing Director in 2008.

From 1993-1996, he worked for BNP-KH Dresdner Bank. Kalman has 20 years of experience in company divestments and acquisitions, capital increases, IPOs and other capital market transactions. He is a Member of the Issuers’ Forum at the Budapest Stock Exchange.

Kalman holds a Degree from the Corvinus University in Budapest.
