White Bridge Investments II S.p.A. (“White Bridge”) has acquired a majority stake in the Italian group Lampa, leader in the production of accessories for the fashion & luxury sector, from the Bertoli family and the investment vehicle Stud Holding S.r.l., participated by Cronos Capital Partners and renowned co-investors. The deal includes the reinvestment from the co-CEOs Mirko and Luca Bertoli, who will continue to lead the Group, while Diego Bertoli will retain his position as honorary chairman. 

Founded in 1970 in Grumello del Monte (Bergamo), Lampa develops, produces and distributes accessories for the high fashion industry and luxury brands. In particular, Lampa is a leading group in the production of accessories in plastic, resin and nylon, with a diversified product portfolio that includes studs, buttons, logos, buckles, bijoux, brooches. In 2021, the Group generated a significant increase in turnover.
