GGAL is a group of companies that deliver innovative aluminium and glass solutions to the housing and construction market in Sweden. The group operates under the brands VPP System, Vetri and Alufasad Nordic.

GGAL’s customers can be found in five segments: resellers, house manufacturers, glaziers, construction companies and private customers. GGAL’s offer includes conservatories and glass sections of all shapes – everything from uninsulated sections with single glazing to fully insulated conservatories and facade sections.

In 2020, GGAL had sales of approximately SEK 150 million with a profit above SEK 23 million. GGAL has 59 employees and is headquartered in Vetlanda.

Vestum is an investment group that acquires and develops companies with exposure towards construction, the ROT sector and infrastructure contracts. Vestum is actively looking for quality companies with proven business models, strong market positions and predictable cash flows where Vesum has the potential to be involved and contribute to continued positive development. The acquisition of GGAL marks Vestum’s seventh acquisition this year.
