AEW Energie AG sold its shares in evpass SA. This was founded in 2016 by Green Motion SA. AEW took a stake at the end of 2018 and supported evpass in engineering, sales set-up and second-level support in large parts of German-speaking Switzerland. Since then, evpass has developed very positively; it now operates the most extensive network of public charging stations in Switzerland, with 3,000 charging points. By selling its shares to a leading provider of electric mobility solutions in Switzerland and Europe, AEW is enabling the next development phase of evpass to be initiated by a new strategic investor. The parties have agreed not to disclose the sale price.
