Transaez, a portfolio company of Everwood Capital, acquired Arimon Logistics.

Arimon Logistics is a leading company in cold logistics specialising in food products. With more than 25 years of experience, Arimon has established itself as a strategic pillar for efficient and sustainable distribution in Catalonia.

Founded in 1995, Arimon has a solid infrastructure: a logistics centre of more than 5,000 m², 65 refrigerated vehicles and a team of 52 professionals. Its operational capacity allows it to make more than 23,000 monthly deliveries for large food companies, stores and restaurants, guaranteeing the quality of the products throughout the cold chain.

The acquisition, articulated through Transaez, a company also specialising in cold logistics and integrated into the fund’s portfolio since February 2024, underlines Everwood Capital’s vision to lead the transformation of the cold logistics sector in Spain.
