Presto Group, Sweden's leading company within active fire safety, safety training, and first aid, announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Demco Montajes through its platform in Spain, Grupo Eurofesa, reaffirming its commitment to growth and strengthening its position in the fire protection and safety sector.
Eurofesa, S.A., a leading Spanish security company, offers fire protection solutions. It was founded in 1986 and is present in 9 different locations in Spain. It was acquired by Presto Group in 2024, having IMAP Denmark and IMAP Spain jointly acted as buy-side financial advisors.
