IMAP advises Metso Oy on divestment of Metso Powdermet AB in Sweden to Sandvik AB

Metso has finalized the deal to divest their shares in Metso Powdermet AB in Sweden to Sandvik.

 

Metso Powdermet AB, with headquarters in Surhammar is a leading supplier of isostatic metallic materials and components.

 

Metso Powdermet AB had revenue of 90 MSEK last year with an 18 % EBITDA margin and 13 employees.

 

IMAP Scandinavia advised the sellers during the whole process.
