As part of a succession solution, IMAP has advised the shareholder of Behrendt GmbH, a leading installation service provider for the implementation of modern electrical, communication and security solutions in large commercial and residential buildings in the Hamburg metropolitan area, on the sale to viataurus Group, a portfolio company of the financial investor Ufenau Capital Partners. The experienced management team of Uwe Behrendt, Enrico Weiß and Katharina Jakat will remain with the company in the long term in order to successfully continue the growth trajectory of recent years within the viataurus Group.
Founded in 1992, Behrendt GmbH is recognised as one of the leading experts for large-scale projects in modern electrical, communications and security technology. As a full-service provider, Behrendt's areas of expertise include smart homes, e-mobility, IT services and renewable energies. As a one-stop shop, the company offers solutions along the entire value chain, including consulting, planning & design, project management, material logistics, installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
