White Bridge Investments II S.p.A. has acquired Tikedo group - a leading producer of self-adhesive labels mainly for food&beverage and home&personal care end markets with production plants in Italy and Spain.

Tikedo was established in 2021 and it is the result of a consolidation project started in 2019 and led by Maestrale Capital.
In the last three years Tikedo has completed 6 acquisitions across Italy and Spain and today it generates approx. €35m in revenues and has approx. 160 employees.
Tikedo brings together different production skills and expertise, especially in the food, and home and personal care (H&PC) sector.

This acquisition is part of the broader project, led by White Bridge Investments, that aims to create a European platform in the labels market. Tikedo's current management team will remain involved in management, supporting the future development plan.
As part of the transaction, the existing shareholders will reinvest part of the proceeds, thus maintaining a minority stake in the group.
