Oktal Pharma was among the first pharmaceutical distributors in the Republic of Croatia to be certified according to the revised ISO 9001 standards of 2001, since then the company has developed into a regional distributor of pharmaceuticals covering the whole region of South East Europe.

ANZAG is a German based independent, vendor and supplier of pharmaceuticals, managing a powerful interface between the 21,600 pharmacies in Germany and about 1,500 pharmaceutical manufacturers and other suppliers.

ANZAG acquired an undisclosed ownership stake in Oktal Pharma.
