Advised ISONAS, Inc. (“ISONAS” or the “Company”), on its sale to Allegion (NYSE:ALLE).  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  ISONAS, based in Boulder Colorado, is a leading provider of innovative connected network device hardware and cloud delivered software solutions for physical access control in non-residential markets.
