InHouse Digital UAB successfully completed the purchase of 100% of the business shares of Invert Kft., operating under the Netház brand, from Hungarian individuals.

The Netház administration and information system was specially developed to support the management and accounting of apartment buildings and housing cooperatives. As one of the oldest players in the condominium management software market, Netház has been developing its software solution for more than 25 years - their online query system is currently available from more than 200,000 households, which is used by nearly 300 companies dealing with condominium management.

InHouse Digital UAB is part of the Lithuanian-based ICOR group, which operates in 60+ countries, and deals with IT solutions supporting condominium managers across Europe. The transaction supported the entry into the Hungarian market, fitting into the company's European expansion strategy.
