Ryan is a Vice President within Capstone Partners’ Financial Advisory Services group. Ryan’s entire career has been dedicated to corporate finance and financial services. His experience spans a diverse range of functions including turnaround & restructuring, performance improvement, financial transformation, financial due diligence, and mergers & acquisitions. Ryan’s analytical focus and client partnership mindset has driven his success in helping both distressed and healthy companies overcome financial and strategic challenges.

Prior to joining Capstone, Ryan was a manager within a restructuring and business advisory firm that focuses on the middle-market. Some of Ryan’s experience in this role includes helping lead the successful turnaround of a $300M distribution company, overhauling the financial infrastructure of a utility construction company, and providing financial due diligence for an acquisition in the beverage industry. He started his career with Deloitte Consulting and worked for their Special Acquisition Services group in a corporate finance capacity. Outside of consulting and professional services roles, Ryan also has experience working in accounting and FP&A functions within finance organizations of small and large companies.
