Piotr joined Trigon (IMAP Poland) in 2013. He is one of the most experienced Investment Bankers in Poland and has over 25 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, gained while advising clients in Poland, Central Europe and Canada. From 1991 he managed investment banking operations of global investment banks including Nomura International, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust, NatWest Bank and Hambros Bank in Poland and Central Europe.

In Poland he has advised Polish and international clients on Merger & Acqusitions, Equity and Debt Capital Market transactions, with a total value exceeding USD15 billion, including such landmark transactions as the EUR3.15 billion acquisition of BZ WBK Bank and BZ WBK Asset Management by Banco Santander and the USD 6.6 billion sale of Polkomtel SA by Polish shareholders and Vodafone, to Spartan Holdings.

Piotr has been covering clients in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe with a particular focus on the Energy and Utilities and Banking sectors.

Piotr has an MBA Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada and a MA Degree in International Economics from the University of Lodz in Poland.
