Nicolás has over 17 years of experience in investment banking, and has worked in transactions worth over US $15 billion, including the acquisition of Energuate, the merger of Emgesa, Codensa and Enel Green Power’s operations in Colombia and Central America, the acquisition of EBSA by Northland Power, and Helm Bank's primary share issue, among others. Prior to joining Inverlink he worked at Sanford Group as Investment Manager and Corporate Manager for Petroworks.

Nicolás holds a BSc in Business Administration from Universidad de los Andes.
